1. Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: 5-7 business days

    Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delays.


2. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.


3. Delivery Restrictions

  • Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within the UK.
  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses for some shipping methods. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@10hampers.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging our self-care hampers and items, but in the rare case that your order arrives damaged or you are missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.


7. Shipping to Gift Recipients

If you are sending your purchase as a gift and want it to ship directly to your recipient, please put down their name and address in the Shipping Address section during Checkout.
